What is the process?
The process is just simple. 1. Message me in the chat box and fill in the required info needed in your reservation so I could check your request. 2. After checking, I will send you offer for the order. 3. After securing your reservation, I will send you the screenshots and confirmation.
What are the chances of securing my reservation?
Chances will be 98% on the 31th advance booking and a 100% until aday before. The 2% difference will be in an unexpected maintenance or system problem of the reservation website.
What will happen if you failed to secure my reservation?
Multiple options will be given to make sure you will get your desired reservation or a refund will be given upon your request.
My desired date will be on the future month, can I still request for an assistance?
Yes , It is better to request in advance so we could line you up on our clients' list. It will be first come first assist basis.
When can I get my reservation ?
Reservation will depends on your desired date, the slots are open 31 days in advance
My desired date is already fully booked, can You still secure my reservation?
Yes we can. We check the reservation website from time to time to catch a re open or cancelled slot by others.
When should I arrived in the cafe?
You should arrived 10mins before your reservation time. The cafe will hold until 15mins before they will automatically cancel your reservation.
