Yes in order for me to create this style of Product video I will physically need the item shipping to me. I am based in Canada. Please ensure you can ship the item to me before you place your order. Please be aware of any Customs Fees.
Can you return my item?
I do not offer return shipping of items. Please do not ship items to me that you need back as I cannot return. Items are either donated to charity stores or disposed of once videos are completed.
Are the videos guaranteed to be accepted with Amazon
I do not guarantee approval by Amazon. Amazon provides guidelines for your videos and you should review these BEFORE your order and submit your script. It is your responsibility to provide the script for any voiceovers. I am not responsible for Approval.
How long will the production take?
The delivery times are shown in the details of each package. The delivery times are quoted from the time I receive your item NOT from the point of order. This means should you place your order before I have the item we will have to extend the delivery time accordingly.
