FAQ
Will you personally manage my account?
Yes. I personally handle strategy, campaign execution and optimization. You communicate directly with me. Starter is setup only; Growth and Elite include a 30-day engagement, including setup. Continued management requires a new order.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Prices cover my professional services. You pay Google directly from your own account and retain ownership of your account and data. Message me with your website, target countries and monthly ad budget before ordering.
What access do you need?
I use permission-based access to Google Ads and, where needed, GA4, GTM, Merchant Center and your website platform. Share your Google Ads customer ID so I can request manager access. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
Do you guarantee sales, leads or ROAS?
No. Results depend on your offer, margins, website, competition, budget and data. I commit to the agreed deliverables, transparent reporting and evidence-based optimization. Performance targets are planning goals, not guarantees.
Which countries and languages are included?
Starter and Growth cover 1 country and 1 language. Elite covers up to 2 countries and 2 languages. I write in English and Romanian. Other languages need buyer-approved translations and a custom scope. All packages cover 1 account and 1 website.
What does conversion tracking include?
Starter: review only. Growth: up to 2 agreed browser-side events. Elite: up to 4. A supported existing setup is required. Custom data layers, server-side tracking, CRM/offline conversions and consent-platform implementation are separately scoped.
How long does management last?
Growth and Elite cover 30 calendar days TOTAL, including audit and setup. New setups target days 1-5, followed by management through day 30. Starter is setup only. Continued management requires a new Fiverr order; there is no automatic renewal.
What is excluded, and what counts as a revision?
Ad spend, Meta Ads, website development, new creative production, feed repairs and suspension appeals are excluded. Revisions refine agreed deliverables. New offers, markets or features need a separate scope. Campaign optimization during the included management period is included.
Do you support ecommerce and lead generation?
Yes. Starter covers Search. Growth and Elite can include Search, Shopping or Performance Max as agreed. Ecommerce Shopping/PMax requires a healthy Merchant Center and working feed. You supply approved creative. Campaign types and tracking feasibility must be confirmed before ordering.
How many campaigns and ads are included?
Campaign caps: Starter 1, Growth 3, Elite 6. Search ad-group/ad-copy caps: 3/8/10 total respectively, with 1 responsive ad per group. PMax asset-group caps: Growth 3, Elite 6, within campaign limits. Actual structure follows your budget and goals; not every account needs the maximum.
