How do I give you access to my Quickbooks Online?
Invite me as accountant and if you are from other region of world then you can add me as admin user. The process is "Click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users. You will choose "Add User" and will need to send the request. I use read-only access by default—your data stays secure
Are you available for monthly and long term basis or long term?
Yes of course, I would like to work with you long term and I will update your books on weekly or monthly basis and My goal is to establish long-term relationships with my clients.
What bookkeeping services can you provide?
I am professional bookkeeper so can perform all bookkeeping duties. Normally it starts with Setting up of the chart of accounts, import banking data, categorization of transactions, Payroll processing, vendor accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, financial reporting and tax ready reports.
Can you do update my bookkeeping due since last several years?
Yes Of Course, I am here to update your books even back several years.
What information you need to update my accounts?
If banks are connected with QBO then Bank statements in PDF format if not then in both csv/excel and PDF format and also access to quickbooks online.
What is yours time zone and how you adjust with my time zone?
My time zone is UTC +5 but I always adjust myself with client time zone we will discuss the suitable time when we can interact with each other and i will adjust my working with yours availability i care about client comfort so don,t worry about time differences
