What files do I need to send you to start?
Please send your AutoCAD plans (DWG/PDF), hand sketches, or reference images with dimensions. The clearer your measurements, the more accurate the 3D model will be.
Which file formats will I receive?
Renders are delivered as high-resolution JPG/PNG. Source files (Maya/Cinema 4D) are included only in the Standard and Premium packages where selected.
Can you work from just a sketch or a reference image?
Yes. Share a clear sketch or reference images along with approximate sizes, and I will build the model from them. Please message me before ordering if your input is rough so I can confirm the right package.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 3, and Premium includes 5. Revisions cover changes to materials, lighting, camera angles, and details within the agreed scope. Major changes to the design itself may need a new order or custom offer.
Can I use the renders commercially?
Yes, you can use the final delivered renders for your presentations, website, or marketing once the order is complete. Please make sure any plans or references you send are yours to use.
