I lead the design, development and improvement of mobile products for Android and iOS. My role covers product planning, technical architecture, Flutter development, UI implementation, API and Firebase integrations, testing, store releases and post-launch improvements. I work directly with clients to clarify requirements, identify technical risks and turn product ideas or existing designs into maintainable mobile applications. MediaDecode also provides additional design, backend and QA support when a project requires broader delivery capability, while I remain responsible for technical direction, communication and project delivery.
