Do I need my own n8n account?
Yes, the workflow lives in your account so you fully own it. n8n Cloud or self-hosted both work. If you don’t have one, I’ll help you set it up.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is for one simple task between two apps. Standard is for most business automations, especially ones that use AI. Premium is for a full AI agent or a lead system with several connected parts. Message me if you’re unsure and I’ll recommend one.
Which apps can you connect?
Any app with an API or webhook, including Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Telegram, Jotform and OpenAI.
Do you need my passwords?
No. I only need API keys or app connections. I recommend creating new keys for the project so you can remove them after delivery.
Will I be able to edit the workflow later?
Yes. Every node is clearly labeled, and Standard and Premium include a walkthrough video so you can make small changes yourself.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Message me. I fix issues with the delivered workflow at no extra cost. New features or changes in scope are quoted separately.
Who pays for app and AI costs?
You do. Things like OpenAI usage or n8n Cloud plans are billed to your own accounts, not included in the gig price.
