Do you test production environments?
I strongly recommend testing on staging first. If production testing is required, we'll agree on a testing window and safe-testing constraints to avoid downtime.
What do you need from me to start?
Target URL(s), scope boundaries (what's in/out of scope), test credentials if authenticated areas need testing, and written authorization to test is required before any engagement begins.
Is this a black-box or white-box test?
Default is black-box (no internal access). If you want white-box (with source code or architecture docs), mention it upfront, it changes scope and pricing.
Will I get a retest after fixing issues?
Retest is included in Premium only. It can be added to Basic/Standard as a gig extra.
Is this authorized penetration testing legal?
Yes, I only test assets you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You'll need to confirm ownership/authorization before I begin.
