FAQ
Do you change the content of my document?
No. I change how it looks and how it is structured. Your words and your numbers stay exactly as they are. Every change I make is listed in the change note you get with your file.
What if my file is confidential?
Send it only if you are comfortable doing so. I delete every customer file after delivery unless you ask me to keep it. I do not reuse customer material in samples - the samples in this gig are files I made myself for that purpose.
Can you work with Google Docs or Pages?
Export the file to .docx or .xlsx and send that. I return the same format, which imports back cleanly.
My spreadsheet has formulas. Will they survive?
Yes. I do not touch formulas unless you ask me to fix a specific one. If cleaning would break a formula, I tell you before doing it.
How fast do you answer?
I answer messages within a few hours during German daytime.
