Is there any kind of refund?
No. Once the transaction has been completed, there are no refunds.
Can I change the flat foot to customize it?
Yes. I offer a free template, but you can share yours with me, or I can develop one for an additional fee.
What if the BOM you offer me does not fit or work for my project?
The BOM provided is only a suggestion. It is the responsibility of the technical staff to review and approve it. If you want a BOM that is perfectly suited to your project, check out other GIGS on my profile.
Can I pay after you deliver my diagrams?
No. Payment must be made in advance in order to begin any work.
Can I change the format of the diagram after the first review?
No. Before starting any work, we agree on how it will be done so that there are no substantial changes in the future.
