Will I have additional revisions?
Within the process of pre-production, the client is entitled to as many revisions that arise based their liking. However, post-production revisions are limited to one but additional revisions can be purchased.
Will I have commercial rights for my project?
Yes! Ink Orbit has no strict limitations on what you can do with your delivery. You can upload it anywhere for either personal or commercial use.
What if I don't want my project to be displayed in your samples or portfolio?
If the client wishes their project to remain private and excluded from our list of work, all they have to do is mention it!
How long will it take for the project to deliver?
Your animated explainer's delivery relies heavily on the length of the video. Expect no more than 10 days for a 30-second video, 17 days for a 60-second video, and 21 days for a 90-second video. If client is in a hurry, a fast delivery add-on package can be purchased.
