Designed and developed a fully automated web scraping and data management system using Make.com (Integromat), HTTP modules, Text Parser, Iterator, Airtable, and Telegram Bot integration to streamline data collection, organization, and notification processes. The automation workflow was built to collect product and website data automatically from targeted web pages using HTTP requests. Extracted content was processed and cleaned using the Text Parser module, while the Iterator module handled multiple data items individually for accurate workflow processing. Integrated Airtable as the central database system for storing, updating, and organizing scraped information such as product names, descriptions, links, prices, and unique identifiers. The workflow used Airtable’s Search Records module to identify existing entries, while Router logic controlled whether new records should be created or existing records updated automatically. Additionally, Telegram Bot integration was implemented to send instant real-time notifications whenever new records were added or existing data was updated. The system significantly reduced manual work, improved workflow efficiency, minimized data duplication, and created a scalable automated solution for continuous website monitoring and data management.
