2. Preparing the SPECIFICATION of Civil, Electrical & Plumbing works of building, Grid Station and Roads Projects.

3. Preparing the BILL OF QUANTITY (BOQ) of Civil, Electrical & Plumbing works of building projects as per Designed & Detail Drawings Prepared by Designer.

4. Preparing complete TENDER/BID DOCUMENTS for all type of construction project

5. Preparing ENGINEER ESTIMATE of Building, Grid Station and Road Projects.
