FAQ
What details do you need to get started?
To get started, I'll need a basic description of your network or IT infrastructure. The type of diagram you need (physical, logical, or cloud-based). Any specific devices, connections, or layouts you'd like included. Your preferred output format (Visio, PDF, etc.). Feel free to share any reference.
How long does it take to create a network diagram?
The delivery time depends on the complexity of your network. Simple layouts can typically be completed within 1-2 days, while larger, multi-layered diagrams may take up to 3-5 days. I'll always keep you updated throughout the process.
Can you make revisions if needed?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is my priority. I offer revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Just let me know what adjustments you'd like, and I'll be happy to make them.
Is my network information secure?
Yes, I take confidentiality seriously. Any information you share will be treated with the utmost care and used solely for creating your diagram. If needed, I'm happy to sign an NDA for your peace of mind.
Do you offer rush delivery options?
Yes, I can prioritize your order for an additional fee if you need the diagram urgently. Please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability.
Can you help with updating an existing network diagram?
Absolutely! If you have an existing diagram that needs updates or refinements, I can assist with that too. Just share the file and the changes required, and I'll take care of it.
What file formats do you deliver?
Editable .pkt (Packet Tracer), plus PNG and PDF exports. Visio available on request.
