I build AI systems that handle real customer interactions end-to-end — not just chat widgets, but full working pipelines. I've developed website assistants that answer from a business's own documents using embeddings and vector search (FAISS), PDF and document Q&A bots, and Slack/Telegram bots that automate internal workflows and data lookups. More recently, I've been building AI voice agents — phone-based assistants using Vapi that answer calls, qualify leads by asking the right questions, and book appointments live during the conversation. I connect these to Make.com and n8n automations so every call, lead, or document interaction is logged automatically to Google Sheets or a CRM, with a summary sent to the right team — no manual data entry involved. My stack: Python, FastAPI, LangChain, OpenAI and Gemini, FAISS and embeddings, Vapi, Make.com, and n8n. I focus on systems that hold up in real production use, not just impress in a demo — everything gets tested with real inputs before handover.
