I will hvac cooling load calculation and complete system design
HVAC, Industrial Utilities and Water Treatment
About this Gig
Need an HVAC design that is properly calculated not estimated?
A reliable HVAC system starts with one thing: getting the load right.
The calculated load determines required capacity, which drives equipment selection, airflow, duct sizing, and system performance.
Get it wrong, and errors carry through the entire design.
I provide a calculation-driven HVAC solution tailored to your building info, design conditions, and project needs.
The scope can include, but not limited to:
- Load Calculations (ACCA Manual J/S/D & HAP hourly analysis 6.2, 4.9)
- Analysis & simulation (Design, Validation, optimization, and ASHRAE compliance.)
- Detailed system design (Sizing, equipment selection, and layouts matching local codes.)
- Material Takeoff
Every Solution features defined assumptions and calculations to ensure the engineering basis is clear and technically defensible.
Have an existing design?
I can review it to identify oversizing, undersizing, or hidden gaps before they turn into costly field issues.
Suitable for residential, commercial, office, industrial, warehouse, and institutional projects (new builds, retrofits, or design reviews).

FAQ
What information do you need to start the HVAC design?
Please provide available architectural floor plans, building use & operational Sequence, number of floors, project location, occupancy, building material details, and any existing HVAC information. For an existing design review, ensure provision of design/as-built drawings & details
How do I choose the right package?
Choose based on deliverables and project complexity, not area alone. Basic covers load calculations Standard adds system design and equipment selection Premium provides broader engineering deliverables. The project-area limit defines the scope covered by each package price.
My project is small, but I need drawings, BOQ and detailed engineering. Which package should I choose?
Choose Standard for HVAC design and equipment selection, or Premium for broader engineering, drawings and BOQ/material takeoff. Additional drawings, revisions and other extras can be added where applicable.
What if my project is larger than 25,000 sq. ft.?
Projects above 25,000 sq. ft. can be handled through a Custom Offer. Pricing and delivery will depend on project size, floors, zones, HVAC systems, design complexity, drawings, and required deliverables.
What is included in 2D drawings?
Basic includes 1 HVAC load mapping plan. Standard includes 2 drawings covering load mapping and system sizing/distribution. Premium includes 3 drawings covering load mapping, system design and equipment placement. Additional drawing sheets can be added separately.
Can you prepare a BOQ or material takeoff?
Yes. HVAC BOQ/material takeoff can be prepared based on the completed design and available drawings. Accurate quantities for ductwork, piping, fittings, insulation, supports, and similar materials depend on the defined design and routing.
Can you review an existing HVAC design or proposal?
Yes. I can review HVAC calculations, equipment selections, layouts, schedules, or proposals to identify potential oversizing, undersizing, incorrect assumptions, capacity issues, and technical gaps. Agree the review scope before ordering.
Can you select chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and cooling towers?
Yes. I can size and technically evaluate chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and other HVAC equipment. Where required, I can compare available options based on capacity, efficiency, operating conditions, specifications and project requirements, with a clear engineering recommendation.
Do you provide stamped or authority-approved engineering drawings?
I provide engineering calculations, design support, technical documentation, and recommendations. Where a professional seal, license, approval, or engineer-of-record sign-off is required, it must be completed by the appropriately licensed professional.
Can you work with incomplete drawings or project information?
Yes, for preliminary assessments where sufficient information is available. However, incomplete or inaccurate information may require assumptions and can affect the accuracy of calculations, equipment selection, drawings, and material quantities.
