How do the milestones and payments work?
Projects are split into 3 steps: a 50% deposit to start, 25% after you approve the final designs, and the remaining 25% once the emails are fully built and tested in your platform.
What happens if I need more than one revision round?
Every package includes 1 round of consolidated feedback (covering copy, visuals, and links).
Do you write the copy and provide the images?
Yes, I write strategic copy and arrange the visual layout. You provide your brand assets (logos/product photos), and I will supplement them with high-quality stock imagery or graphics if needed.
Can you send the emails out for me?
I technically set up, test, and schedule the emails inside your system (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.). However, you maintain final oversight, and we will agree on the exact launch dates during the kick-off.
