Do I need to provide my own server/VPS, or can you set one up for me?
You'll need your own VPS or dedicated server (I can recommend providers that work well with PowerMTA if you don't have one yet).
How long does the warm-up process take before I can send at full volume?
Warm-up typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your target sending volume and how established your domain/IP already is. I'll give you a custom warm-up schedule as part of the delivery — sending too fast too early is the #1 cause of deliverability problems, so this step isn't optional.
