Engineering & Project Support Services. As Process design engineer, I am responsable to : ▪ Prepare basis of design ▪ Develop and update process drawings, PFD and P&ID ▪ Size equipment and instruments (Pump, Control Valves, RO, Lines, Vessels, Exchangers, Columns...) ▪ Simulate processes and issue HMB ▪ Prepare process datasheets for equipment ▪ Prepare operating procedures ▪ Perform hydraulic analysis for manifolds and flowlines/trunkline ▪ Contribute to Process Hazard Analysis, HAZOP and What-if ▪ Prepare technical reports (Hydraulic analysis, Scope of Work, Simulation report…) Engineering Standards (JGC, TEMA, API 660, API 661, GPSA, API 14E, API 12J, API 520, API 521, API 571, API 553, ISO 5167 et ISA 75) -------------------------------------- Facility : CPF - Well hook-up, Oil stabilization, Oily Water Treatment, NGL Recovery, Gas Injection, Water Injection and WAGI. As Process Operations Engineer within the Engineering department at GB, I am responsible to: ▪ Work closely with the operation team to tackle day-to-day operational upsets ▪ Simulate equipment, model calibration and optimization using Plant Data ▪ Act as the MOC project focal point for revamping projects ▪ Prepare operating and commissioning procedures (Experience with Natural Draft Fired Heater) ▪ Assist the commissioning and start-up activities: PSSR, Operational start-up and Performance test ▪ Report monthly progress on my MOCs ▪ Initiate contact and define scope of work with operations team, engineering contractors and/or supplier ▪ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team ▪ Assist in Technical Evaluation of Bids (TBE) ▪ Participate in incident investigations, RCA on TapRoot ▪ Prepare CTRRs and review CTRs of engineering contractors ▪ Participate in Process Hazard Analysis sessions : HAZOP and WHAT-IF ▪ Review and comment Process Engineering deliverables such as: Feasibility study reports, Hydraulic calculation reports, SOPs, Instruments and equipment datasheets, … ▪ Conduct site surveys
