My responsibilities also include preparing cross charges of shared costs, benchmarking departmental performance through KPIs, processing CAPEX and incentive payments with compliance checks, liaising with external vendors to streamline documentation and reduce delays, and implementing ERP systems such as YARDI and Oracle Fusion across the entity.
