I will create a salary benchmark report for any role
Compensation analyst building Excel models for HR, finance and comp teams
About this Gig
Stop guessing what to pay (or ask for). Get a real number.
I'm a compensation analyst. I deliver clean, defensible salary benchmarks for any role using the same public data sources I use professionally:
Levels.fyi
US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)
State pay transparency disclosures (CA, CO, WA, NY, etc.)
H-1B / PERM disclosure data (DOL)
Glassdoor / Indeed / LinkedIn salary insights
What you'll get:
A clean PDF report with low/median/high salary range, geographic adjustment, sources cited with confidence rating, plain-English context on data strength, and notes on what to watch in negotiation.
Built for: Job seekers prepping for negotiation, recruiters sizing offers, HR leaders setting bands, founders making first hires, consultants doing client work.
Why work with me: Comp analyst background I read salary data professionally. I'll tell you when the data is thin vs. solid. Plain English. No buzzwords. Fast turnaround.
What I won't do: Promise a specific dollar figure (you decide). Use paid platforms (Radford, Mercer, Pave) public sources only.

FAQ
Where does your data come from?
Public sources only — Levels.fyi, BLS, state pay transparency law data, H-1B/PERM disclosures, Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn. I don't have access to paid platforms like Radford or Mercer, and I'll tell you when public data is thin.
Can you cover any role?
Most knowledge-worker roles, yes. Tech, finance, HR, marketing, operations, healthcare admin, nonprofit/social-impact, consulting. For very specialized roles (medical specialty, partner-track law, niche manufacturing trades), I'll tell you upfront if the data is too thin to be useful.
How is this different from just looking on Glassdoor myself?
I triangulate across 5+ sources, weight them by reliability, adjust for geography and tenure, and flag where the data is thin. The result is a defensible number you can take into a negotiation or band-design conversation. Glassdoor alone is just one noisy data point.
Will the report show actual employer names?
Where the source publicly attributes salaries (Levels.fyi, H-1B disclosures), yes. Where the source aggregates (BLS, Glassdoor), it's grouped data only.
Can you compare two job offers for me?
That's a different gig — for a side-by-side comparison or full offer review, you'd want my Excel model gig where I build out total comp scenarios.
How fast can you deliver?
Basic: 2 days. Standard: 3 days. Premium: 4 days. Need it for an offer deadline tomorrow? Message before ordering — rush is usually possible.
