What do I need to get started?
All necessary information (logo, contents, colors, etc…) that you would like to include in the design. The type and dimension of your packaging. Design samples of your desired outcome are highly appreciated.
How it works?
After receiving the gig requirements, we will take 2 days to deliver the design concept. The client can then request modifications to the proposed design for further improvements. Please note that requests for modifications after the concept is delivered will be considered as a revision.
Do you provide unlimited revision?
We provide reasonable revisions for all our services.
What is a revision?
Buyers are able to request a revision for modification on delivered work. Note that a revision does not equal to receiving a brand new concept/design option. Request for an additional concept/design option will be charged at an extra cost.
What file formats will I be receiving?
You will receive an outlined AI source file for printing purposes and a PDF file for your preview purposes. PSD/PNG/JPEG can be provided upon request.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, certainly. Just write us a message and we will create a custom offer for you.
Can you design logo in this gig?
