What file formats do I need, and what do you get back?
STEP or native SolidWorks for geometry, plus the load case and boundary conditions. You get the ANSYS Workbench archive or LS-DYNA keyword deck, stress and deformation plots, and a PDF report.
Can you handle composites?
Yes. ANSYS ACP Pre and Post for carbon fibre and GFRP laminates, orthotropic properties, stacking sequences, and failure assessment with Hashin or Tsai-Wu. I have run composite tube crush with Mat54 and Mat262 and blast response on layered panels.
What Is Included In the Standard Package?
The Standard package is for Assemblies or Advanced Static Studies. It includes defining contact types (bonded/frictional), Modal Analysis (finding natural frequencies to avoid resonance), or Fatigue Analysis (predicting life cycles using Goodman/Soderberg criteria).
How do I know the FEA result is actually right, not just a pretty stress plot?
Every job includes a mesh independence check, a reaction force balance check, and where a theoretical or experimental value exists, I report the error against it directly rather than leaving it out.
Why should I choose you?
Unlike general CAD designers who just "auto-mesh," I understand Failure Theories (Von Mises, Hashin, Tsai-Wu). I ensure the mesh quality (aspect ratio, skewness) is high so the results are physically correct, not just colorful images.
