Yes ! Color grading is a creative job to do, almost all of the jobs are customized.
How to send files?
Online cloud servers for example Dropbox, Google Drive, Onedrive and WE transfer etc. are recommended but you can always upload it on Fiverr if possible.
What about refunds?

Which is best format for sending footages?
Some of the formats include, Raw, mov, and mpeg4 etc.
