About me
I am a licensed Japanese labour and social insurance consultant, known in Japan as a Sharoshi, and I have spent nine years in the HR division of a Japanese organisation.
I work on what goes wrong when a foreign employer hires in Japan: agreements that will not hold up here, the items Japanese law requires to be stated in writing and templates leave out, and the Japanese text an employee actually signs.
I read and write English daily. TOEIC 870.
I am not a lawyer. Where a question sits outside labour law, I will say so rather than guess.
