Deliverables vary by package: cleaned Excel/CSV master file, change log, exceptions report and QA summary with row counts, duplicate counts and validation notes.
To start, provide Excel/CSV/ZIP source files, output format, append or keyed-join choice, duplicate columns, keep-row rule, date format and cleaning instructions. Files must need no passwords, macros or external logins.

What do you need before starting?

What is included in the QA report?
The QA summary can include source and output row counts, duplicates found or removed, blank-value checks, standardization notes, exceptions, and validation warnings. Standard and Premium include stronger QA coverage; see the package details.
Can you merge files vertically or by key?
Yes. I can append rows when columns represent the same fields, or join files horizontally using one or more key columns. Tell me the method, keys, expected row-count behavior, and preferred handling for unmatched records.
How do you decide which duplicate row to keep?
You choose the duplicate-match columns and keep rule, such as newest date, oldest date, most complete row, first occurrence, or last occurrence. I will not guess if no rule is supplied; the requirement form asks for one before work begins.
Do I need a phone or Zoom call?
No. The project can be completed asynchronously through Fiverr messages and the requirement form. Clear files and rules are normally enough; I will ask follow-up questions only when a decision cannot be made safely from your instructions.
What work or files are not accepted?
I do not accept unlawfully obtained data or data you lack rights to use. I do not remove passwords, run macros, log in to external accounts, or make legal or financial decisions. Provide accessible files that you are authorized to share and use.
Will you preserve source traceability?
Where practical, I can add source file and source row fields so output records can be traced back. I also provide a change log and, depending on package, exceptions and QA documentation. Tell me if trace columns must remain in the final file.
