I was brought in to fix and grow how ApexCharts sets up new clients. The company was struggling because setting up accounts for over 40 local business clients every month was done manually. This caused major delays, slowing down how fast they could launch marketing campaigns for their clients. To solve this, I designed and built ready-to-use GoHighLevel templates from scratch. These templates came with high-converting landing pages, sign-up forms, survey pipelines, and booking calendars made specifically for businesses like real estate agents, clinics, and home service providers. I also automated the account setup process, cutting the time it took to launch a new client from 48 hours down to less than 15 minutes. Next, I set up advanced automated text messages, email follow ups, and Facebook lead connections to help them turn more leads into actual appointments. I also organized their sales pipelines and task assignments so that no potential customer was ever missed, especially during busy seasonal marketing pushes. To keep everything running smoothly, I wrote clear guides and trained their team on how to manage and scale the accounts safely. Overall, these updates made client setup over 80% faster, kept clients happy by delivering results much quicker, and helped generate a 35% higher response rate for their local business clients.
