Produced a replica of an 18th century posset pot for National Trust Gunby Hall to allow visitors to handle and explore the item without risking damage to the original. 3D modelled from photos of the original to produce an accurate replica with FDM 3D printing.

Product Design Engineer

Designed tooling from initial customer ideas through to a final prototype for testing, collaborating with the customer throughout the design process to ensure alignment with the desired direction for the product.
