About me

For a US insurance agency I rebuilt its GoHighLevel CRM into 13 clean workflows, took texting and email live with A2P 10DLC approval, and built the dashboards and reconciliation reports the team works from every day. Remote consultant to a US insurance agency (name withheld). Sole architect and operator of the agency's operations platform, a secure Node.js and React system that manages a book of about 2,500 policies, covering data enrichment, commission reconciliation, retention work and agent payout reports. Rebuilt the agency's GoHighLevel account from an inherited snapshot of 400+ workflows into 13 workflows across three product lines, and took texting, email and the phone line live with A2P 10DLC approval. Designed the commission reconciliation process and built a 54-policy dispute with evidence on each line, which won 29 reversals in a single cycle. Replaced a failing dialer webhook with API polling and backfilled 2,852 call outcomes into CRM contacts with zero failures. Built live management reporting in Google Sheets and Apps Script, rebuilt every 15 minutes, with no hosting cost.
