We are a highly skilled Advances Zoho Partner with expertise in implementing/setting up a range of Zoho Products. Our services include consultancy for setting up Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, Zoho Finance Suite. With over 10 years of experience in finance and IT, we offer assurance bookkeeping according to International Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS).
Migration from Any ERP Quickbooks,Xero, Sage, Odoo.Quickbooks to Zoho Books and vice versa including Chart of Accounts, Customers, Suppliers, Products, Sales, Payments Received, Bills, Expenses, Payment Made, Journal Entries, etc.
The scope of work will include the following:
1. Setup Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Finance Suit
2. Initial training if needed by the customer/employees (remote).
3. Migration of transactions through excel sheets as needed due to changes in the structure of both applications.
4. Matching of financials for each year of migration.
5. Bank Reconciliation Zoho Books

How do I give you access to my Zoho Books?
ZohoBooks: Login into your ZohoBooks Online account. On the right top, click the "Setting icon (User) -> Manage Users -> Invite User From setting you need add user (at least standard or admin as per working need).
Can you prepare the financial statements in excel sheet or any other required format?
Yes, I will prepare your required statements in excel and can make them according to your company's previous records or the specific required format. Please mention the required format before placing the order if it is other than PDF or Excel format.
What you need to prepare income statement and balance sheet?
I need the data of your company in recorded form like Trial Balance. If you don't have a trial balance you can provide me with the transactions or bank statements. Sharing raw data will take my additional hours which will cost you in addition to the package but we will work it out for you.
What if we don't have trial balance for profit and loss / balance sheet
The prices mentioned in the package may differ if you don't have a Trial balance prepared (i.e the final figures for expenses and incomes and assets and liabilities) If we are working through bank statements this will have additional costs to make the numbers for the trial balance.
