With over 5 years of experience in product design and hands-on experience with 3D printing. I focus on creating enclosures that are practical and easy to manufacture. Whether you need a standard desktop case, a DIN rail mount, or a wall-mounted enclosure with secure four-corner screw placements, I make sure the final 3d file is accurate and ready to print.

FAQ
What if I only have the PCB dimensions or photos?
No problem. I can design the enclosure using your provided dimensions, photos, or sketches. Just share as much detail as possible, and I’ll handle the rest.
Can you make the design suitable for injection molding later?
Yes. I follow DFM (Design for Manufacturability) guidelines so your design can easily be modified for injection molding when you move to mass production
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive 3D files in STL and STEP formats, and if required, technical drawings for manufacturing or documentation.
Will the design work with my specific 3D printer?
Yes. I optimize wall thickness, overhangs, and tolerances for your printer type — FDM, resin, or SLA. If you share your printer model or filament type (PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.), I'll tailor the design accordingly to minimize support use and maximize print success.
How do revisions work?
Revision rounds depend on the package you choose. Because I ask detailed questions before starting, most designs are delivered correctly on the first draft. Any change that falls within our agreed scope is handled promptly. I don't count revisions for my own design errors.
Can you design enclosures for commercial or batch production?
Yes. I regularly work on enclosures intended for small to medium production runs. Files are delivered in formats accepted by most CNC, injection molding, and 3D printing service providers. If you need DFM (design for manufacture) guidance, I include that as part of the service.
