I have managed international programs for over two decades, with budget responsibility up to several million euros annually and cross-functional teams of up to about 20 people, combining staff, subcontractors, and local nationals. Every program I have managed has closed on time and within budget.

I will bring that same process-and-controls approach to your project: a working plan and schedule, and, on higher packages, a full reporting and governance structure, including vendor and subcontractor coordination where relevant.

Best fit is programs with cross-functional teams, multiple vendors or subcontractors, or government or defense-adjacent complexity, though general project management work is welcome too. I can operate inside your existing PMO or help build one from scratch.
