What files do I need to send you to start?
Please send your final, proofread manuscript in DOCX or Google Doc format (not a PDF). Also tell me your genre, your preferred trim size (e.g., 6×9), and whether you need eBook, paperback, or both. If your book contains images, tables, or footnotes, mention them upfront so I can confirm It
2. Can you format both the Kindle eBook and the paperback?
Yes. The eBook Only (EPUB) package covers Kindle only. The eBook + Paperback and Complete KDP Package tiers include both a validated EPUB for Kindle and a print-ready PDF for the paperback. The paperback file is built to KDP's exact trim size, margin, and bleed specifications.
3. What happens if Amazon KDP rejects my file?
If KDP rejects your file for a formatting reason, I fix it at no extra cost. KDP's most common interior rejection causes are a gutter that is too small for the page count, a PDF page size that does not match the selected trim size, un-embedded fonts, and text extending into the margin zone.
4. How many revisions are included?
The eBook Only and eBook + Paperback packages include one revision round for minor corrections within the original scope. The Complete KDP Package includes one revision round plus upload support.
