What about express delivery or fast delivery/Revision time?
Yes, you can get express delivery of 24 hours! Also if you need I can deliver within 6 hours!! extra charge may be applied. Revision request is not included in the express delivery time. So I will deliver within the express delivery time, but if you request for a revision I need more time for that.
What "Unlimited/Free Revision" means? (must read)
It means, you'll get revision till my deliver is not as offered/described/as script. After delivery if you want to change or add anything(which was not promised or provided on order requirement) that will not be included in "unlimited/free revision" and of course you need to pay extra for that.
How Can I change the music?
I have a music library, you can select from here- http://motiongallery.us (go to audio section) http://audioblocks.com (I have subscription there too) Just select a music and share the name and music page link.
Should the logo need to be transparent?
Yes, or it will have a rectangular background area. if you need me to make your logo transparent please order extra. Please provide the logo in png or ai format. Please check this image to be clearer about this- http://motiongallery.us/format.jpg
What will be the slide/each screen duration?
Usually the duration will be each screen about 4 sec long based on good visibility. It can be customized to 3-6 sec each. In Premium order, I can change the duration, make the animation slow or faster.
Will I need a license to use the video and music on youtube or anywhere?
You may need to buy license to use your selected template or music. Please contact me for details. Extra charge may apply. NB: some templates/music are not royalty free and you have to buy different user license based on your use.
Why my logo has white background in the video?
Because you have provided a jpeg image with white background. If you want no white background in the video then please provide your logo in png or ai format.
Why my text/image/logo is blur in the video? ** MUST READ
This may happen if you provide a low quality image/logo. I recommend to provide me high quality image to avoid this situation. Also upto 2 lines/5-6 words each slide will be great or it may not look good.
Can I provide my own music?
Yes! Of course. Please share your music file. or choose from my biggest gallery here- http://motiongallery.us (and go to audio section from top menu)
Can the video loop-able?
Yes. Please order under premium award category and discuss that first.
