I will repair and split stl files for 3d printing

About this gig
Got a 3D model that won't print? Too big for your bed, full of holes, or your slicer keeps showing errors? I will make it print-ready.
What I do:
- Repair broken meshes: holes, non-manifold edges, flipped normals, floating fragments
- Scale the model to your exact size
- Split large models into parts that fit YOUR printer bed
- Add alignment pin holes (printable pins included) or magnet holes
- Engrave matching letters on joining faces for easy assembly
- Lay each part on its best side to reduce supports
You receive:
- Print-ready STL files for every part
- One 3MF project for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer
- An exploded-view image and a short assembly guide
I accept STL, OBJ, GLB, GLTF and 3MF files, including AI models from Meshy or Tripo.
Thin shells like helmets or armor with walls under 4 mm have no room for pins, so those joints are glued. Message me first if you are unsure.
I do not create models from photos or drawings.
Sample model: Napoleon bust, scan by Three D Scans (The Collection, Lincoln).

FAQ
Which file types do you accept?
STL, OBJ, GLB, GLTF, 3MF and PLY. I do not work from photos or drawings.
Which printers do you support?
Any FDM printer. Tell me your printer model or bed size, for example Bambu Lab A1, P1S, A1 mini, Prusa MK4 or Ender 3.
Do I need to buy pins?
No. Printable pins are included, and a metal rod or a piece of filament with the same diameter also works. Magnets have to be bought separately, for example 6x2 mm neodymium.
Will the parts fit together?
Holes are 0.15 mm larger than the pins on each side. If your printer prints tight or loose, tell me and I will adjust it.
Do you add supports?
No. Your slicer adds supports for your printer. I place each part on its best side so it needs as few supports as possible.
Are my files kept private?
Yes. Your files are used only for your order and are never shared.
