What do you need from me to master my song?
Please send a high-quality stereo mix in WAV format, preferably at the original sample rate and bit depth. Avoid clipping on the master bus and leave enough headroom for mastering. If possible, also send a version without a limiter or heavy master-bus processing.
What format will I receive my master in?
Your master will be delivered as a high-quality WAV file suitable for digital distribution. If you need a specific format, sample rate or bit depth, just let me know when placing your order.
Can you master my instrumental, acapella or TV mix?
Absolutely. Instrumental, acapella, TV mix and other alternate masters are available through the Standard and Premium packages or as an additional service.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revisions, as shown in the package details. Additional revisions can also be purchased if needed. Revisions are intended for adjustments to the mastering, rather than changes to the underlying mix.
Can you fix problems in my mix during mastering?
Mastering can improve the overall balance, tone, dynamics and loudness of a mix, but it can’t fully replace a proper mix. If I hear an issue that would be better addressed in the mix, I’ll let you know rather than trying to hide the problem during mastering.
