Which tech stack do you use?
Next.js and React with TypeScript and Tailwind, Node.js with Prisma on PostgreSQL or MongoDB, or Supabase. Stripe for payments, the OpenAI or Claude API for AI features, Vercel for hosting. Already have a stack? I'll work in yours.
What AI features can you add?
A chat assistant for your users, summaries, writing and rewriting tools, forms that fill themselves, or an AI step inside your workflow. I add usage limits so your OpenAI or Claude bill stays predictable.
Do I own the code and the accounts?
Yes. I work in your GitHub repo and deploy to your own Vercel, Stripe and OpenAI or Claude accounts. Nothing is locked to me, and you get a short handover note.
How do payments work?
Stripe Checkout for one-time payments, or Stripe subscriptions with plans, trials and a billing portal. Premium includes it. Add it to Basic or Standard with the Stripe payments extra.
Can my web app become a mobile app later?
Yes. I've taken 28 iOS apps through App Store Connect, and 11 of my apps are live right now. I build your backend so an iOS and Android app can use it later without a rewrite.
Can you build it in Arabic or Hebrew?
Yes. Mubaade Realtor runs in Arabic and English with a full right-to-left layout. Add the Arabic RTL version extra to any package, for Arabic or Hebrew.
What if my idea is bigger than Premium?
Message me first. I'll split it into phases and send a custom offer, so you see the scope and the price before you pay anything.
