Which systems do you support?
Ubuntu, Debian and Amazon Linux, on AWS EC2 or any VPS. Message me for other Linux systems. Windows servers aren't covered.
Will my site go down while you work?
I make one change at a time and check your site after each one.
What does the AWS review in Standard cover?
Automated checks against AWS best practice for security, cost and reliability, on one account in one region, using read-only access. You get the findings with fixes.
What does the full report in Premium look like?
There's a sample in the gallery PDFs. Each finding has a severity, its impact, and a short-term and long-term fix.
