About this gig

This introductory EFT Tapping session is a 60-minute, one-off session designed to help you experience my way of working and see whether a deeper process would be the right next step.

Its for adults who have been living with stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or exhaustion for so long that it has started to feel normal and who sense, quietly, that continuing to push through like this isnt sustainable anymore.

During this session, well:

  • explore whats been showing up for you
  • look at how long these patterns have been part of your life
  • gently work with present-moment stress or anxiety using EFT Tapping
  • and clarify whether ongoing, deeper EFT Tapping work would be appropriate

Important to know:

  • This is an introductory, one-off session, not an ongoing process
  • The focus is on orientation, regulation, and fit not deep or intensive work
  • There is no pressure to continue
  • Ongoing work, if aligned, takes place through my private practice

If you decide to continue working with me after the introductory session, my work is structured as a multi-session process designed to support lasting steadiness and ease in daily life rather than temporary relief.

I’m Nicole, a certified EFT practitioner offering 1:1 Online sessions for adults who live with chronic stress, anxiety, and ongoing emotional pressure. I came to this work through my own experience of managing stress for many years while continuing to function well in daily life. What made a real difference was learning to work with the body’s learned stress responses, rather than trying to push through or understand them intellectually. Today, I work in a structured, trauma-informed way, supporting people who feel constantly “on,” and exhausted despite doing everything they can to cope.
