I'm truly happy with the product. I think it's import to understand that icon artist at every tier are people that are trying to make what you want come to life. (Remember your hiring someone to do something you can not).

Acceptable work, but feels like the final product was rushed. In addition, I feel somewhat cheated - the order itself promised a shiny version, but none was provided, and Ayu attempted to double-charge me for it. Ayu is amazing. I hired them to do some mockup art for a game. I will be hiring them as my full artist for this game moving forward.
