I build local Python and SQLite inventory and production-planning tools around a written workflow. Choose the level of work you need:
Basic: workflow review, item/stock data model and a 2-screen local prototype with dashboard using sample data. This is a demonstration, not a production rollout.
Standard: local inventory app for up to 2 warehouses, with receipts, issues, transfers, user roles, audit history, dashboard and one automation.
Premium: inventory plus production orders and material planning, with dashboard, two automations and handover documentation.
You receive the agreed files, source code and instructions. I confirm the exact scope, fields, reports and delivery environment in Fiverr messages before work begins.
Server installation, hosting, database migration and ERP/API integrations are outside these packages. For a production deployment or a larger workflow, message me for a custom offer before ordering.

FAQ
Do you provide phone or video calls?
No. All requirements, questions, progress updates, feedback, and approvals are handled in writing through Fiverr chat. Voice and video calls are not included.
Do you install the system on my server?
No. I deliver the customized application, SQLite database structure, source code, and setup documentation. Deployment, hosting, SSL, network, firewall, and server configuration must be handled by your IT specialist.
Is this a ready-made ERP license?
No. This is a custom software service based on an existing manufacturing inventory and planning architecture. It is delivered as source code, not as a SaaS subscription or licensed ERP product.
Which database is included?
SQLite only. Migration to PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or another database is not included in this Gig.
What customization is included?
One agreed business workflow, including selected field names, categories, basic rules, forms, reports, and dashboard adjustments. New modules, major redesigns, integrations, or unlimited changes are not included.
What is considered a revision?
One revision covers reasonable changes within the approved written scope. New features or requirements added after approval require a separate offer. Confirmed bugs in the delivered scope are fixed separately.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send a written description of your process, warehouses, materials, users, required operations, reports, and expected customizations. I will confirm fit, scope, price, and delivery time before you order.
Is support included after delivery?
Fourteen days of bug-fix support for the approved scope are included. Training, maintenance, new features, deployment assistance, and long-term support require a separate order.
Do you integrate with SAP, Odoo, or other systems?
No. External API and ERP integrations are not included. They require separate technical analysis and a custom offer.
What is the difference between Basic, Standard and Premium?
Basic delivers a workflow review and 2-screen local prototype with sample data, not a production system. Standard builds a local app for up to 2 warehouses with stock movements, roles, audit trail and dashboard. Premium adds production orders, material planning and two automations.
