Package scope:
Basic: one warehouse and core inventory workflow.
Standard: multi-warehouse control, counts, roles, reports, and one automation.
Premium: production planning, material requirements, advanced workflow, and two automations.
Exact scope is confirmed in writing before ordering. This is custom software, not a ready-made ERP license.
Important:
All communication is through Fiverr messages. Calls are not included. Server installation, hosting, deployment, SSL, network setup, database migration, and infrastructure support are not included. The buyer's IT specialist handles deployment. External API, SAP, Odoo, and ERP integrations require a separate custom offer.

FAQ
Do you provide phone or video calls?
No. All requirements, questions, progress updates, feedback, and approvals are handled in writing through Fiverr chat. Voice and video calls are not included.
Do you install the system on my server?
No. I deliver the customized application, SQLite database structure, source code, and setup documentation. Deployment, hosting, SSL, network, firewall, and server configuration must be handled by your IT specialist.
Is this a ready-made ERP license?
No. This is a custom software service based on an existing manufacturing inventory and planning architecture. It is delivered as source code, not as a SaaS subscription or licensed ERP product.
Which database is included?
SQLite only. Migration to PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or another database is not included in this Gig.
What customization is included?
One agreed business workflow, including selected field names, categories, basic rules, forms, reports, and dashboard adjustments. New modules, major redesigns, integrations, or unlimited changes are not included.
What is considered a revision?
One revision covers reasonable changes within the approved written scope. New features or requirements added after approval require a separate offer. Confirmed bugs in the delivered scope are fixed separately.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send a written description of your process, warehouses, materials, users, required operations, reports, and expected customizations. I will confirm fit, scope, price, and delivery time before you order.
Is support included after delivery?
Fourteen days of bug-fix support for the approved scope are included. Training, maintenance, new features, deployment assistance, and long-term support require a separate order.
Do you integrate with SAP, Odoo, or other systems?
No. External API and ERP integrations are not included. They require separate technical analysis and a custom offer.
What is the difference between Basic, Standard and Premium?
Basic is a simple single-warehouse inventory system. Standard adds multi-warehouse control, transfers, inventory counts, roles and reporting. Premium adds production planning, material requirements and advanced manufacturing workflows.
