Yes, I can hire my own artists, sound designers, writers etc. The price will be based on complexity and amount of work needed.
Can you make a full game with assets provided or free/paid assets found online?
Yes, I can do both. Custom assets you provide are usually a better choice, but more expensive(hiring an artist) Free/Paid assets are a cheap alternative which can work as well, but offer less customization options since the assets are final.
Can you make a prototype of my game idea?
Yes, the cost of a prototype will vary based on complexity of your idea.
Can you upload the game to Steam/Gog and other platforms?
Yes, I have experience with Steam, Gog, Epic games integrations.
