I will convert your interior 3D design, renders, 3ds Max model or design concept into clear working drawings for builders.

This gig is suitable for one room or one continuous open-plan interior space up to 40 sq. m., such as a bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, playroom or kitchen-living/studio area. It is also suitable for up to two compact service areas, such as bathroom + corridor, two bathrooms, bathroom + laundry, or corridor + storage.

Depending on the package, drawings may include furniture/equipment layout, renovation/partition plan if needed, plumbing points if relevant, lighting plan, electrical plan with outlets and switches, ceiling plan, floor finish plan, basic elevations and simple schedules if needed.

Custom furniture/joinery drawings, detailed kitchen/wardrobe drawings, full apartment documentation, engineering calculations and stamped permit drawings are not included in this gig.

I work mainly in ArchiCAD. I can use DWG, PDF, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3ds Max files, renders, sketches and technical briefs as source materials.

Final scope depends on source files, complexity and required level of detail.
