What information do I need to provide to start the project?
To ensure accuracy, please provide a detailed tech pack, technical sketches, or clear reference photos. A base size chart or specific body/garment measurements is also required before drafting begins.
What file formats will I receive upon delivery?
Standard delivery includes print-ready PDF files (A0, custom plotter width, A4, or US Letter). Factory-standard CAD formats (DXF or PLT) are included in the Premium package or available as a Gig Extra.
Do you provide the original parametric source file?
The original source file is not included in the standard packages to protect intellectual property. However, it can be purchased as a Gig Extra if your production team requires full parametric control for future modifications.
What exactly does a "revision" include?
A revision covers minor fit adjustments or small proportional tweaks to the drafted pattern. It does not include a complete redesign or adding entirely new structural elements that were not discussed in the initial requirements.
