Please provide the URL or app file (APK/TestFlight), a short description of the app’s purpose, and any specific areas or scenarios you’d like me to focus on. If login credentials or special environments are needed, please include them securely.
What devices and browsers do you test on?
By default, I test on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices. If you want me to test on specific devices or screen sizes, just let me know before we start.
Can you test my app in different countries or languages?
Yes, I’m based in France and can provide feedback in English or French. I can also simulate other regions using VPNs or device locale settings when needed.
Do you fix bugs or just identify them?
I only identify, reproduce, and document bugs or usability issues — I don’t fix them. However, I’ll give you clear steps and recommendations so your developers can resolve them easily.
What kind of report will I receive?
You’ll get a detailed QA report including: A list of all issues found (with severity levels) Steps to reproduce each issue Screenshots or video evidence (if required) Device/browser details Everything is presented in an easy-to-read format in PDF
Can you provide usability or design improvement suggestions?

How many rounds of testing are included?
Each order includes one full round of testing and reporting. If you need me to retest after fixes or run additional QA cycles, you can purchase an extra revision or a custom offer.
Will my project and data remain confidential?
