Looking for a custom sofa frame design you can actually build from?
I'm a 3rd generation upholstered furniture manufacturer with decades of hands on factory experience designing and producing high end sofas for the retail and wholesale market. Every design I produce comes from real manufacturing knowledge not theory.
Whether you're a DIY builder wanting to create your dream sofa at home, or a small manufacturer needing production ready documentation, I'll deliver a design that works in the real world.
All my gigs include production ready 3D models and technical documentation. Additions include upholstery and assembly outlines as well as template documentation. My premium offering included CNC ready DXF's along with cost and production optimisations and a full BOM

I'm a 3rd generation manufacturer of high end upholstered furniture who has owned and operated a bespoke factory supplying the retail and wholesale market. My hands on manufacturing experience spans every stage of production, from frame engineering and upholstery design through to CAD modelling and CNC ready template design.

What information do you need to get started?
Reference images or inspiration photos of the style you're after, your approximate overall dimensions, and any specific requirements around construction or materials. The more detail you provide upfront the better the result.
Can you design any sofa style?
Yes — sectionals, chesterfields, mid century, contemporary, curved or straight. If you have a reference image I can work from it. Send me a message with your inspiration photo beforehand if you aren't sure
What files will I receive?
Depending on your tier you'll receive PDF renders, a manufacturing guide, dimensioned shop drawings, and DXF files. Full details are outlined in each package above.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes, revisions are included depending on your package tier. Significant design changes beyond the original brief may require a new order.
Is this suitable for professional manufacturing?
The Premium tier is specifically designed for production use and includes everything a factory floor needs to work from including DXF files for CNC cutting.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, if your requirements fall between tiers feel free to message me before ordering and we can discuss a tailored arrangement.
