About this Gig
Tax time, and your business money is spread across a checking account, a card or two, and Venmo? Send me the CSV exports from your bank and cards. I'll send back one Excel file your tax preparer can actually use.
What you get:
- Income and expenses sorted by the Schedule C lines preparers work from, with net profit
- Every transaction from every account in one list, with a note on how each was sorted
- Transfers between your own accounts and personal spending kept out of the totals
- A short list of the transactions only you can decide (Venmo, checks, refunds). Pick a category for each, mark it done, and the totals update.
No bank logins, ever. Just the CSV files your bank already lets you download. Your files are used only for your order and deleted within 30 days of delivery.

FAQ
Which banks and cards work?
Any bank or card that exports a CSV, including Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Citi and Discover. Venmo statements and PayPal activity downloads work too (Venmo is one file per month; send all 12). Not sure about yours? Message me first.
Do you need my bank login?
No, never. Log in to your bank yourself, download your transactions as a CSV file, and attach it to the order. Do this once for each account and card.
My bank only gives me PDF statements. Can you use those?
Almost every bank offers a CSV download under Activity or Transactions, usually as "Download" or "Export". Message me before ordering and I'll help you find it.
Will you tell me what I can deduct?
No. I organize and categorize your transactions so your tax preparer can work fast. What's deductible is their call, and the packet makes that easy for them to check.
