Do you edit photos I already have or will you shoot new ones?
Yes, I do both. My Basic package is for editing client‑provided photos. My Standard and Premium packages include both shooting and editing.
What counts as a “location” in your packages?
A location is one clearly defined area or environment. For example, one building, one room, or one outdoor space (such as a park or playground) counts as a single location. If we move to a different building, room, or visually distinct area, that would be considered an additional location.
Can I order additional edited photos?
Yes. Extra photos are added using the “Additional Photos” extra when placing your order. If you need a custom number of images rushed, please message me to discuss a custom timeline and price based on the number of photos you need. My standard is two days for extra photos in increments of five.
Do you offer fast delivery?
Yes. Fast delivery is available as an optional extra for smaller projects. Fast delivery options are available in additional services.
Can I get both extra photos and fast delivery?
To maintain quality, I do not offer fast delivery and additional photos as a standard. If you are needing a larger order with a tight timeframe. Please message me to discuss a custom rate for your order.
Do you travel for photography?
Yes. I travel for on‑site shoots within Kentucky and surrounding states. Travel fees are not included in package pricing and will be quoted based on distance. Travel beyond Kentucky and nearby states is available, but it requires a custom offer to cover additional time, mileage, and travel expenses.
How far in advance should I book a travel shoot?
For travel‑based projects, I require at least 1–2 weeks’ notice to confirm availability, plan the shoot, and arrange travel logistics. If you have specific dates in mind, please message me as early as possible so I can secure the time for your project.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please share your project idea, package selection, any travel needs, style and/or mood, and any reference images you like. Submitted file formats I accept are JPEG, PNG, and RAW files. I am available for a virtual meeting to discuss details that ensure the delivery of your vision.
Can you match a specific color style or mood for edits?
Yes. If you have a preferred style, mood, or reference image, I can match warm, cool, cinematic, natural, or custom color styles. Just send an example or describe the look you want.
What resolution will my photos be delivered in?
All images are delivered in as JPG at full size with 100% quality. Color profile standard is Adobe RGB or sRGB depending on the use for your photos. Resolution can be changed as requested.
