Nice work Daniel, 6-layer stack-up, 0.15 mm trace space, 0.8 mm microvias, controlled impedance differential pairs, dedicated GND planes, and optimized power planes were handled very well.

Very solid FPC rigid-flex design. The 0.15–0.20 mm flex thickness, controlled bend radius, 0.15 mm trace space, and proper rigid-to-flex transition were well handled. Connector placement, via clearances, grounding, and bend-zone routing were also considered properly. Overall, the design looks manufacturing ready with only minor refinements needed.

Wow, he was very patient and thorough! He even checked all the DRC results to make sure everything was in order and that our project would be successful. It was a wonderful experience working with him, and I’ll definitely be back for more projects!
