I need access of QBO or Xero account (or any other software if you are using), bank, credit card, Paypal & Loan statements along with all sales and purchase data in right format. Requirements vary from client to client depending upon the nature and workflow of business.

I use bank/credit card statements description for analyzing the nature of the transaction. But I don’t rely wholly solely on description and QuickBooks artificial intelligence. If need I will ask you about transactions purpose by preparing an excel queries sheet.

I make myself sure that client’s books are ready for the work the client is asking for. If I found discrepancies in the books which need to be rectified before I start my job. I point out those to the client, if the client agrees to rectify them. Then I will move forward.

Login into your QuickBooks Online account. On the right top, click the "Gear icon -> Manage Users -> Accounting Firms -> Invite". Login into your Xero account. From setting you need add user (at least standard or admin as per working need).

Even your Bank/Credit Card is connected to QBO account. I will need statements for cross-check transactions with QBO or Xero register, reconciliation and adjusting PayPal/Stripe fees appropriately.

Of course, I am available for monthly and long term bookkeeping as per your need.

I don’t get an order before knowing the nature of work and looking into the client’s book. If I can’t do the work. I straight away say sorry without wasting the client’s time.

My time zone is GMT+5 but I always trying to fix a convenient time for interaction as per the client’s schedule.
